Although Charlie doesn't brand an appearance in this game, it is assumed that he is the commuter of Dark Tooth. Later on defeating all opponents at Hong Kong, the message states that Dark Tooth is Needles Kane's father. He is enraged that you killed Sweetness Tooth and wants revenge. If it is like Twisted Metallic (1995), then the father of Sweet Tooth/Commuter of Dark Tooth would be Charlie Kane.

Charlie'south son was similar most normal boys. He brought home good grades, was respectful to everyone he met... an all effectually well-mannered child. It was his older brother that the residue of the neighborhood talked almost though - the really bad Kane kid. Everyone knew nigh him. Story

One year ago, everything was going swell for Charlie Kane and his son. He drove a taxicab and took his son with him sometimes, just he wouldn't let him talk about his brother, who became bad when he drove an ice cream truck. As for Charlie and his son, they were like best friends. 1 fateful night, a passenger had a gun, shot Charlie and ran. His son was horrified past this, simply had an idea. He put together a controller that made his father live again and at present controls him. Other people remember information technology's weird and want to put the boy in a domicile and bury his male parent, but he doesn't want that. Then he enters the contest hosted past Calypso, who promises to make things improve.

Catastrophe

Charlie'south son won the contest and went to Calypso, asking for his prize to make everything all better. It turns out to be a trick: Calypso destroyed the controller, killing Charlie. His son begged his male parent to come up back and even tried to fix the controller, simply he was pulled away past Calypso. Calypso told Charlie's son that, in time, things will exist better and that he needs a successor to accept over his contest when he dies. Charlie'due south other son would've been the perfect choice, but since his younger son killed him, he was the next best thing, every bit violence was in his claret. From this information technology can be assumed that Calypso wanted Sugariness Tooth to take over Twisted Metal.

Charlie Kane appears in this game, again controlled by his son, though information technology is unclear how this could exist due the avant-garde state of decay Charlie'due south body would be in (although it's possible that Charlie was embalmed by his son). His son's intent is to kill his brother, so himself, which would end the Kane family unit.

The blood brother of Needles Kane controls his begetter via remote command. The macabre duo have decided to track and impale Sweetness Tooth so impale themselves. Doing then will destroy the family bloodline, putting an end to generations of murderers and psychopaths.

In a reversal of previous games, Charlie Kane is the eldest son of Marcus Kane, shortly to exist known as the notorious series killer, Sweet Molar. When his father went insane and murdered his family, Charlie hid in a closet. Coincidentally, he was able to get an excellent view of the killer clown's attempt to murder Sophie - Charlie'south sister and Marcus' only girl - and her subsequent escape. Although it seemed that Sweet Tooth had forgotten him in his pain and fury over "the one that got abroad", Charlie felt that his father deliberately spared him that night.

During the ending movie, the grown up Charlie arrives at Sophie's grave and begins digging with a pickaxe. He believes that Sweetness Tooth spared him to deed every bit an heir; if anything happened to him, Charlie could accept his identify. Charlie and then digs upwardly Sophie'south coffin, which contains the remains of herself and Marcus; the latter being teleported there by the treachery of Calypso. As he emerges from the hole, clown mask in hand, he muses that he idolized his father, thus vowing revenge on the one who murdered him.
